The re-entry of anybody who lives abroad for any significant length of time and then returns to their country of origin is difficult and challenging. Based on a study of East Asian graduates in Asia and the United Kingdom, this paper expands on what re-entry is before suggesting means through which universities can prepare students to re-enter their countries of origin.Â
